Upload your print-ready artwork to order@sonicprint.com.au or via Wetransfer.com. Printing proof will be sent to you for checking before printing. You can re-upload your artwork if an error has been found.3. Confirm Proof
Reply email to confirm proof. Your order will go into our production queue as soon as we receive your confirmation. Please allow 1-3 business days for production for most orders*. We will notify you with pick-up details as soon as possible. Alternatively, tracking details will be provided after we dispatch your order.1. Order & Upload

Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Methods and Timeframes
At Sonic Print, we offer a range of shipping options to ensure your orders are delivered in a timely manner. Shipping time exclude Production time. Shipping methods available may include standard, express, and same-day shipping (metro Sydney). The estimated delivery timeframes for each method will vary depending on your delivery location.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from the date of order placement. Processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the order and current order volume. Please note and holidays may impact processing times.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected, the destination address, and the weight and dimensions of the items in your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before payment.
4. Tracking and Notifications
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track the status of your shipment. You can also log in to your Sonic Print account to view your order status and tracking information.
5. Shipping Address
We can ship to commercial, residential addresses, but not PO boxes. Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
6. Shipping Delays and Issues
While we make every effort to meet our estimated delivery timeframes, there may be instances of unforeseen delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier issues, or covid related delays. In such cases, we will work diligently to resolve any issues and keep you informed of the status of your order.
7. International Shipping
Currently Sonic Print only offer Australia wide shipping.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and provide a suitable solution.
Return and Refund
1. Returns and Refunds Overview
At Sonic Print, we are committed to providing you with the best products and services. This policy outlines our guidelines for returning damaged goods and canceling orders for non-printing items. Please read this policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions.
2. Returns Eligibility
a. Damaged Goods: For non-printing goods (eg. lawn spikes, A-frame frames, etc.) you are eligible to return items that arrive damaged or defective. Damaged items include those with manufacturing defects, transit damage, or other issues that render the product unusable.
b. Printed Goods: Please note that we do not accept returns for printed goods due to printing errors. It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review proofs for accuracy. Approving a proof means you accept responsibility for any errors or discrepancies. If your order is damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and provide a suitable solution.
3. Return Timeframe
You must initiate a return request within 14 days of the original purchase date. Returns requested after this timeframe will not be accepted.
4. Return Process
a. Contact Us: To initiate a return for damaged goods, please contact our customer support team at order@sonicprint.com.au. Provide your order number, a description of the damage, and any relevant photos.
b. Assessment: Our team will review your return request and assess the provided information and photos to determine if the item is eligible for return due to damage.
c. Return Authorization: If your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
5. Return Conditions
Please return the damaged item in its original packaging, if possible.
6. Refund Policy
a. Cancellation: If you decide to cancel your order for non-printing goods before they are shipped, you may request a refund.
b. Refund Process: Refunds for canceled orders will be issued to your original payment method. Please contact us to provide account details if payment was through direct bank transfer.
7. Return Shipping
a. Return In-Store: Local customers can return damaged non-printing goods by coming into our office.
b. Return Shipping Costs: Sonic Print will cover the return shipping costs for damaged items.
